Meet the team
We’re a close-knit team, and in some instances have worked together for a number of years. So often we know what makes each other tick. Importantly, we are guided by our shared values including trust, loyalty and – very importantly – having fun. We strive to be creative and problem-solving, working hard to meet our customers’ needs, in a supportive and collaborative way.
Pauline Aitken (Head of Patch Testing)
Pauline has been leading the Chemotechnique patch test business in the UK since 2006. She is widely respected within the patch test and dermatology community and is passionate about the product range we sell. Pauline works closely with the BSCA, BDNG & BAD to ensure her and her team keep abreast of all the latest news and developments within the dermatology sector. Customer service is her number one priority and Pauline and her team always go the extra mile to ensure orders are processed swiftly and efficiently. With an incredible amount of patch test knowledge gained over many years, Pauline is always happy to provide advice and support over the phone or in person.
The Patch Test Team Assistants
Our team consists of Sue Mason & Mandy McDonald who between them have many years’ experience meeting customers needs. Sue is a recent addition to Canute with a long history in customer services and Mandy is one of the key members of the patch test team which originally provided the Chemotechnique patch test products. Their commitment and dedication to these products is reflected in the high level of customer service that they pride themselves on achieving, day in, day out.
